Cancellations

We understand that certain circumstances are out of your control. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will merit a late cancellation fee. We ask that you respect the time we have set aside for you. Please make every effort to give us a call or text to let us know if you cannot make it to your appointment.

Booking Policies

A deposit of $15 is required to book an appointment when using a group voucher, which will be returned to you at the time of your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel beyond 24 hours of your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. For class registrations, you are required to pay half the fee upon booking and the balance on the day of the class.
